Things You Need to Know
We founded Gift it Forward Washington with one goal in mind: make it easy for residents and visitors to shop and buy gift certificates from local merchants. To order a gift certificate please visit the shop and select the merchant you'd like to purchase from and the dollar amount you'd like to give and add it to your cart. When you are ready to check-out, you can pay for all gift certificates using your credit card. Once payment is processed gift certificates will be emailed to the recipient you designate. You will have both options at check-out. Gift certificates do not expire, however, we do encourage all recipients to support local businesses by redeeming them immediately.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payment can be made by credit card through this website.
HOW WILL GIFT CERTIFICATES BE DELIVERED?
Gift certificates will be delivered via email. When you select your gift certificate and amount you will be asked to indicate the name of the recipient and their email address. The gift certificate will be emailed to the recipient you designate.
CAN I BUY A GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR MYSELF?
Yes! When you select the gift certificate you'd like enter your name and email address as the recipient.
WHEN WILL THE RECIPIENT RECEIVE THEIR GIFT CERTIFICATE?
Gift certificates will be emailed within 24-hours of when the order was placed.
DO GIFT CERTIFICATES EXPIRE?
No, there is no expiration date on the gift certificates, however, we do encourage all recipients to redeem their gift certificates soon as this helps local merchants move their existing inventory.
I DON'T SEE THE MERCHANT I'M INTERESTED IN ON THE WEBSITE?
If you don't see a merchant that you'd like to purchase from please reach out to them directly.
CAN GIFT CERTIFICATES BE USED FOR ONLINE PURCHASES?
Gift certificates can only be used for purchases via the phone or in the store.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY GIFT CERTIFICATE?
Gift certificates are not replaceable. Please be careful with them.
CAN GIFT CERTIFICATES BE EXCHANGED FOR CASH?
Gift certificates can only be redeemed for purchase of goods or services at the designated merchant.
